1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jitswin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all products and services available at jitswin.net, including but not limited to live casino games, slot machines, sports betting markets, specialty games, promotional offers, and account management features.

1.1 Governing Language

All communications between jitswin and registered players — including support interactions, account notifications, bonus communications, and legal notices — are conducted in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient English comprehension to understand communications received from jitswin. jitswin accepts no liability for misunderstanding arising from a player's limited English proficiency.

1.2 Applicable Law

jitswin operates as a safe and reliable platform. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Players are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their specific jurisdiction before registering or wagering on the platform. jitswin makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in every location from which it may be accessed.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any single provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

To register an account and use the jitswin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jitswin maintains a strict 18+ policy and will conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. jitswin reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify identity, address, payment method ownership, or source of funds at any time. Where such requests are made, account withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification. jitswin will endeavour to process verification requests promptly and without unnecessary delay.

When registering a jitswin account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify jitswin promptly of any changes by contacting the support team via live chat or by updating your account profile where the platform permits self-service amendment.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and prohibition from re-registering on the platform. jitswin reserves the right to conduct verification checks against third-party databases to confirm the accuracy of information provided during registration.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jitswin account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person and must not permit any other individual to access the jitswin platform using your account. jitswin will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified jitswin of a suspected unauthorised access prior to that activity occurring.

In the event that you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact jitswin support immediately via live chat. jitswin recommends the use of a strong, unique password for your account and advises against reusing passwords across multiple online platforms.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive when no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jitswin reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts where permitted under applicable policy, and will provide reasonable notice to the registered email address before any such fee is applied. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact jitswin support via live chat.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at jitswin is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits via bank transfer or international card (Visa, Mastercard) are subject to the minimum amounts specified in the cashier section of the platform. jitswin does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jitswin accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your jitswin balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. In the case of bKash and Nagad, this typically occurs within seconds of the transaction being completed. In the event that a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes of the transaction completing, you must contact jitswin support via live chat and provide the transaction reference number issued by your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal at jitswin is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account, subject to verification. jitswin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment wallets belonging to other individuals, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

Withdrawal processing times at jitswin are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being approved. Rocket and Upay withdrawals follow a similar timeline. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1 to 6 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. These timelines represent standard processing under normal platform conditions and are not guaranteed service levels.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 4.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Funds originating from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements will continue to apply to the remaining account balance following any partial withdrawal.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or, where specified, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly on the Current Offers page before the player claims the offer. jitswin does not apply hidden wagering conditions that were not communicated at the point of offer acceptance.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games from certified providers typically contribute 100% of each wager staked towards the wagering requirement. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all towards certain bonus wagering requirements. The applicable contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual offer terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the individual offer terms. Where a wagering requirement is not completed within the applicable expiry period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically without further notice. Real-money balances unrelated to the bonus are not affected by bonus expiry.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jitswin employs detection systems to identify patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-variance hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit offer structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, jitswin reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A wager is accepted and binding only upon confirmation by the jitswin platform. In live casino environments, this confirmation is indicated by the game's own interface. In sports betting, bets are confirmed when the bet slip displays a confirmed reference number. jitswin reserves the right to refuse any wager at its discretion without being required to provide a reason, including in circumstances where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by jitswin in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified in the market rules; the bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error; the outcome of the event has been materially affected by circumstances outside the normal conduct of the sport; or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Sports Betting — In-Play Markets

In-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are provided on a best-efforts basis. Live odds are derived from real-time data feeds and are subject to delay. jitswin is not liable for bets accepted on the basis of data feed delays or inaccuracies. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament markets are subject to the specific competition rules applicable to those events, which take precedence over general sports betting rules in the event of a conflict.

6.4 Casino Games — RNG and Live Dealer

All slot games and RNG table games available on jitswin use certified random number generators supplied and audited by the game studio responsible for the title. jitswin does not modify the RNG or payout parameters of any game in its catalogue. 6.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or misconfigured game parameters
• Arbitrage or matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Placing bets on outcomes in which the player has insider knowledge or material non-public information
• Any form of chip dumping or chip passing in live casino environments

jitswin's risk and integrity team monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is initiated, the relevant account may be placed in a restricted state — meaning deposits and play are permitted but withdrawals are held — pending the outcome of the review. jitswin will notify the player of the reason for the restriction where permitted by its investigative procedures.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A player wishing to close their jitswin account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jitswin support via live chat and submitting a closure request. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, jitswin will process any outstanding withdrawal of the available real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances and wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

jitswin reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited betting conduct
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age
• Breach of a self-exclusion by attempting to register a new account
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without prior arrangement

7.3 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an account is closed by jitswin as a result of a breach of these Terms, jitswin reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. Where an investigation results in a finding of fraud, bonus abuse, or a serious breach, balances may be forfeited in full. In all other circumstances of platform-initiated closure — such as technical de-registration or regulatory compliance — jitswin will process a withdrawal of the real-money balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling may be becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use jitswin's self-exclusion tools, which are available directly from the account dashboard. A self-exclusion request results in the immediate suspension of the account for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive marketing communications from jitswin and will not be permitted to register a new account. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitswin's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, any transaction, or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their jitswin account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions of Liability

jitswin shall not be liable to any player for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the jitswin platform
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, or pandemic
• Loss arising from the player's reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions, where such information contains an error that was not deliberately introduced by jitswin
• Any loss caused by unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions
• Any claim arising from the player's own breach of these Terms or from conduct that constitutes bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of applicable law

8.2 Platform Availability

jitswin endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the platform but does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. During maintenance, players will be unable to access the platform, place wagers, or process deposits and withdrawals. jitswin accepts no liability for losses claimed to arise from platform unavailability during maintenance or unplanned outage periods.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games and live dealer products available on the jitswin platform are provided by independent game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jitswin acts as a distributor of these game products and is not responsible for the game logic, RNG certification, or payout configuration of individual titles, which are the responsibility of the respective game studio. In the event of a game malfunction, jitswin will liaise with the relevant game studio to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the stake to the player.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jitswin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, your provision of false registration information, your engagement in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
